Our 1st hour is an hour known as Genius Hour. In this class period, we were told to pick a subject we feel completely passionate towards. I chose 'becoming a substance abuse counselor'. When I was younger, my family went through a course of obstacles pertaining to alcoholism. It was very hard to get through, but we did it. I am going to interview an individual or two, go to a work place pertaining to this subject for a day or two, and put all of it into a documentary. I feel very passionate towards this, and I'm hoping that it turns out great.
